Jeremy Stultz
Dr. Stultz received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy. After graduating, he completed a PGY-1 Pharmacotherapy Residency at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center (UTHSC) and Le Bonheur Children's Hospital in Memphis, TN. He then completed a 2-year Pediatric Pharmacotherapy Fellowship at The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy and Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, OH. Dr. Stultz was an Assistant Professor at the Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) School of Pharmacy in Richmond, VA from 2013-2017. He then joined the University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy in July 2017 as an Assistant Professor and practices as an Antimicrobial Stewardship Pharmacist at Le Bonheur.
Dr. Stultz has over a 20 publications including research manuscripts mainly in the areas of infectious diseases, computerized clinical decision support, and medication safety. He also authored patient cases for the Pediatric Pharmacotherapy Self-Assessment Casebook. He is a prior chair of the PPAG Research Committee and is actively involved in the PPAG Practice Based Research Network.
